Forlorn Posted November 6, 2020 Posted November 6, 2020 Hi can anyone help, after updating to the new firmware I can't access the dashboard anymore I have tried a reset but no joy is there a way of turning back the update. Please help

Just to be clear you went from .123 to .179? Does it still provide internet? Clear your browser cache/cookies and see if you can access then.
Forlorn Posted November 6, 2020 Author Posted November 6, 2020 yes the internet is fine but i cant access the dashboard on my pc i can on my ipad but when i try to add the ps4 geofilter the screen darkens and the box to add it comes up but i cant press it any ideas
