Problem with new router - replacement required

Hi,

According to T&Cs page I need to post here to be referred to customer support for a replacement router.

I've just recieved the router today and upon opening the box was very dissapointed to find two large melted ring shapes right on the top of it! I've attached a picture to show the marks.

Bit sloppy on the QA side to be frank as it's very obvious.

Could you please advise on how to return it for a replacement please?

Sorry to hear that this has happened. As this has happened within 14 days you can email [email protected] and return it for any reason, so please ask for a replacement due to this and they'll get that sorted for you.
