Doffy
I recently purchased a NetDuma R2 but when I tried to install it to my modem, I wouldn’t receive any WiFi signal. I already contacted my ISP and everything on their end seem to be fine. What can be the problem?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 17, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 17, 2020 Hey, welcome to the forum! Have you gone through the setup wizard when connecting to the R2 interface after connecting it to the modem?
Doffy
I had not but I just did and that fixed the problem. Thank you for your help!
Doffy
So my internet went out yesterday and when it came back, my NetDuma R2 was not sending out WiFi. I tried using another router and that one was actually sending WiFi. I already rebooted both devices but I still don’t have WiFi. I checked already went through the wizard but I still didn’t have any WiFi. What could be the problem and how could I fix it? Update: I fixed the problem, I did a factory reset on my NetDuma R2 and that fixed the problem.

Doffy
The little light indicator that indicates the NetDuma is receiving power, burned out. Is there anyway I could replace the light?

Is there anyway I could replace the light? It's actually burned out?! I haven't heard of that so far. No not that I am aware. You would have to get an entire replacement, if you want to pursue that then you can email [email protected] regarding that.
