cnugs Posted October 4, 2020 Posted October 4, 2020 Hi all, Seem to be encountering an issue when using the Geo-filter on my XR300 for my xbox one x. Prior to the issue, it was working perfectly fine but now, no pings are being shown on the geo-filter at all. No pings or servers. I tried the geo-filter on another xbox console and it works fine?

Check the IP on the XBX Network Settings then check this with the device you think it is on the Device Manager, does it match up? If not then you have the wrong device added and just need to add the new one to the Geo-Filter and it should work.
