Insane Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 really you guys have only a 14 day return policy? I bought the netduma r2 on the 4th and got it like on the 6th of September 2020 and now it's sept 26 and I can't get a refund?

If you're having an issue then we can most likely get this resolved for you.
Insane Posted September 27, 2020 Author Posted September 27, 2020 router completely stopped working, had to reset it many times for it to start working again. I was connecting perfectly fine through the modem. I will send an email, and I do understand that the 14 day return policy is accordance to UK law, but ask yourself how bad that 14 day policy really makes the company look. When I read something like that the first thing that comes to my mind is that this company does not have trust in their product.
