Connection is Intermittent

I purchased an R2 and installed last Saturday. I have not had a single day where the internet is either dropping on my PS4 or laptop. Both are hardwired. My ISP is Spectrum and I have the 1GB package. Speed tests to the modem yield nearly the 1GB I'm paying for. However running connection tests/benchmark tests, I'm getting a 1/3 of that. Now that is only one issue, my biggest complaint is the internet constantly dropping daily especially during PS4 gaming. It's to the point where I have to reboot every couple of hours. I've tried moving the router to a different room away from the modem. I've contacted my ISP who states its the router as I have no issues with the Spectrum issued router. I've factory reset twice already as well, still no improvement. I went with this router because I own an R1 and I felt the R2 would work with my upgraded internet. Now I'm starting to regret the changes...any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. We'll have a new firmware this week which should be more stable but I've sent you a PM, see if it works better then? We're working on getting Benchmark to report closer to actual speeds.
