MunibL Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 Hi, I want to return my Netduma R2 because it was not something for me and I wrote two emails to [email protected] and [email protected] with my order number and other details. But I have not received any further instructions on how to return it back yet... Can someone help me before the 14 day return policy expires because of not getting a response back from Netduma themselves?

I Would say it would be better to have posted in the R2 support forum for this topic.
