I called my ISP to trouble shoot my modem and it is working fine no problems. I have factory reset the R2 twice and nothing works. Do you have access to the interface? Does your modem provide WiFi? If you have access to the R2 did you go through the setup wizard after the reset? Is this your first time connecting the router? Yes my modem provides WiFi but I also have one that doesn’t if that is the one I need to use. I did not go through set up wizard afterwards.
