Received faulty product

The Netduma r2 i received is not allowing me to go to the dumaos page, it only works through a wired connection no wifi and it was sent with a broken antenna. i sent out a support ticket before where they asked for pictures and since then i got no reply, so at this point i just want to return the product and need to know the steps to take to do so.
