cr1tch
Sorry to bring up an old topic... but i seen a video on yt about the port numbers on the rear... Could someone tell me which ports are 100mbits and which are 1000mbits... also how many of each? My ports seem to switch around, my thoughts was port 1 /2 was 100mbits and 3/4 was 100mbits. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 29, 2020 Administrators Share Posted August 29, 2020 Which router are you referring to? Regardless of the router each LAN port is 1000Mbits. If there are showing as 100Mbits then this means the cable you're using in that port is only capable of that speed and would need to be replaced with another ethernet cable at least Cat5e to get 1000Mbits.
