misterck Posted August 28, 2020 Share Posted August 28, 2020 Ive had the R2 for about a week now and im getting issues watching video content on netflix,twitch etc on tv's,computers,mobile basically all my devices and these problems persist over wifi and ethernet. basically stream's and video's will randomly buffer or give me a network error, on netflix if watching a tv show i will get a "cannot play this title at the moment please try again later" message. ive tried making many changes to the QoS settings and no luck, these problems even persist with the QoS settings disabled. never had any problems with this on my R1, virgin media hub or my Netgear R7000 for reference when i do the connection benchmark i get A+ for everything with zero packet loss, 380 download, 36 upload and 22ms ping also ive just noticed that in warzone (Modern Warfare PC) my nat type is always moderate unless i switch off the auto traffic prioritization and only then i can achieve open Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As I have been seeing some weird issues through Netflix even through my Virgin hub. Have you got your speeds entered in the bandwidth settings? misterck Posted August 28, 2020 Author Share Posted August 28, 2020 i tried the virgin hub yesterday and all was fine, i do have my speeds in the bandwidth settings, im subbed to virgin for 350/35 but running the test through the R2 a few times each day since i got it ive always got 380/36 back so those are the speeds im using in bandwidth settings Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
