Put the WAN IP found on the System Information page from the R2 into the DMZ function on the Smart Hub. I would then recommend disabling WiFi on the Smart Hub as well and force all devices to connect to the R2. From there I would suggest taking a look here at our optimal settings guides: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646 They've not been updated for the R2 yet but should still give you a pretty good idea.
