ChrissD Posted August 25, 2020 Share Posted August 25, 2020 Hi! Longtime comming since i've used the R1. Went moving a couple time and just got back to setting it up. I have the following issue. My party chat does work, so for as far as i can tell no NAT type issue. When i launch a game it will disconnect me after a while. The error codes I receive are all linked to firewall / not being allowed to send or receive data. My best guess is that its causing issues with my main ISP router, and the R1. My setup is as follows: Internet entering my house > ISP > R1 > PS4 The cable to the ISP is inserted in the WAN port. From the ISP the cable to the R1 is in the POE port. from the R1 to the PS4 is wired through port 1. In the ISP settings, the R1 is placed in the DMZ. UPNP is enabled on the ISP on the R1 : UPNP enabled and Enable upnp forwarding also enabled. Its not an option to put the ISP in bridge as i need the Wifi for it's 5G functions. I just want my 2 playstations to connect to the R1 and everything else should stay on the ISP. Am i missing something or where can i find an exact guide on how to set it up properly again.
