R-app still not loading

So you successfully upgraded by using the put command in command prompt? Did you do a factory rest after from the Administration > Backup settings?

Downgrade back to the first version available or even the one before .20 - .18 I think, do you experience the same issue on that firmware?

ok its been stable now for 24hrs.

Great to hear that. Once the beta is available for the XR700 it should be more stable. You can ignore those logs, that is fine.

ok so Ive narrowed my new problem down to r app not loading because after the downgrade and it doing good for a day, I decided to give my dream of media share. so I plugged my 8 tb hard drive to the router and evidently the router cant use it and open the r app.

Interesting so when the USB ports are being used the Rapps don't load properly, they're probably running out of memory. When unplugging the device how long do you go with the Rapps loading correctly?

works fine when usb drive is unplugged.

and thats running the older firmware with the security vulnerability according to the update notes. I bought this router for the VPN feature, but pure vpn works have of the time.

Thanks very much, I'll pass this on to the team to have a look at. I'd suggest using the .24 firmware, if it's the same issue then remove it for now. What do you mean it works half the time?
