Tendoshii
This morning when I woke up, I found that my devices lost connection to my wi fi network via my NetDuma router. This problem occurs several times a week or not for a couple weeks, but I can’t find a pattern to it. When I try to connect to the WiFi signal, I can see the network, but it tells me I have the incorrect password. When I enter the correct password, it still tells me it’s incorrect. The only way to fix this that I’ve found is reset the router. Then my phone and devices automatically connect again. The firmware is fully upgraded. How do I stop this from happening? Thank you! Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 11, 2020 Administrators Share Posted August 11, 2020 Two suggestions for you: First try disabling the WiFI, applying, rebooting, then enabling, applying and rebooting. If it still continues: Do a factory reset from the interface. Also make sure there are no wireless devices e.g. wireless headphones etc within 3 feet of the router as they could interfere with the WiFi. Also suggest having the R1 plugged directly into the wall rather than an extension lead.
