Wifi question

You can split them in the Network Settings area. But I think the most likely reason you are seeing only one is because of the device you are using, as some devices only have 2.4GHz (e.g. some printers) 

Could you try with other wireless devices and let us know if the behaviour is the same. If it is, could you take a screenshot of your wireless settings page please

One other possibility is the wireless channel you have set for 5GHz is incompatible for some reason. Try changing it in Network Settings and see if that fixes it
