Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 18, 2020 Administrators Share Posted July 18, 2020 Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. If you go through the Setup Wizard from settings, just to the point where it does the speed test what does it report?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 19, 2020 Administrators Share Posted July 19, 2020 What speeds do you get through WiFi devices on 5GHz or through a wired console speed test? If you disable IPv6 on the PC itself are your speeds improved?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 20, 2020 Administrators Share Posted July 20, 2020 It's possible it's related to PPPoE or VLAN, are you able to put a router between the ISP router and XR300 to handle PPPoE/VLAN or have the ISP router it itself? Then see if the XR is able to get full speeds when it's not handling these?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 21, 2020 Administrators Share Posted July 21, 2020 Well first of all do you have another router that you're not using at the moment that you could use? Or, if you access your ISP router does it have PPPoE and VLAN settings?
