manwiththedroid Posted July 8, 2020 Share Posted July 8, 2020 Hello! I am Matt and new to the forum. I've always had great luck with my X450 so I've never needed support! Now I do! My company VPN connection cannot communicate with my company laptop. Comparing the GlobalProtect logs with the X450 logs, and I see my incoming connection is being blocked as a [DoS Attack: ACK Scan] Is there some where I can flag this connection as safe? my ENTIRE company has gone remote, I have a huge project to work on, and I am cut off with my office officially closed. This is something we are aware of and investigating, though based on what you've said I do have an idea, in WAN Settings click 'Disable Port Scan and DoS Protection' and see if that helps at all.
