Can not access router or log in

You did a factory reset? In that case there shouldn't be a username/password required to access the interface - if you're on the original firmware or are you referring to WiFi?

No the log in page where admin/password are put it just refreshes won't let me log into gui when I put in credentials.it was all working fine yesterday then I went to log in to change something an realised there was a fault 100% its as tho itself has removed the os update heres what happens and its not on original os it was updated to recent duma on latest version .

Can you try accessing it via a wired PC please with admin / password and see if it allows you to access it then?

Have tried everything trust me bud its not happening it needs a full reinstalled netduma os.

I need to send this router back to you so it can me reinstalled is that possible.?

It is possible but you would need to pay for the postage. Email [email protected] as they would deal with this, they may also have some more suggestions regarding your issue. Please link to this topic in the email as well.
