bnc143 Posted June 26, 2020 Posted June 26, 2020 Two days ago our XR500 lost its internet connection. Plugged cable into computer with no connection issue then plugged back into router and still nothing out of it. Orange internet light blinking, have wireless connection to devices without internet. New to the router game so any help is appreciated. I did unplug both modem and router power cords and plugged them back in one at a time. Did not do factory reset yet.

Do you know if you require PPPoE or VLAN etc to connect to the Internet? What ISP are you with? Can you access the interface? - If so go through the setup wizard again from settings, does that help reestablish a connection?
