And also would Ping Assist Help better by having it on Spectating Mode if Distance Radius doesnt matter? FYi : My Distance Radius is 1150km on West Coast Cali Servers Also i ONLY PLAY APEX LEGENDS any Help Please?

You will connect to whatever server the game decides/the one chosen on Apex. Filtering Mode is where the radius/Ping assist applies.
