Need help with eliminating constant stuttering in game when plaaying Apex legend.

I live in London and I am on BT FTTP 150/30 and have set the QOS to 70/70 Always and my Geo filter to 550M yet i still find that i am experincing lag. I have managed blocking some peers to peer and server which gave me a ping speed of 110 and succeded but even when im in a 4 ms Ping servver or peer to peer i still find that im lagging. Can someone help me do i need to reboot router after making changes? oh and ive also turned off IPV6 6to4 tunnel and disabled it completly its helped my hit detection ever so slightly but im still stuttering 10-20 sec

I would suggest following this guide while doing lots of downloads and changing your Anti-Bufferbloat percentages (while using Always) to see what lowers the ping/keeps it the most stable.
