Could you provide a screenshot from the top of the Geo-Filter page please and then I can best advise.

When do you enable the filter as in the previous picture it appears hosts were allowed outside your radius? You should have it enabled before turning on the console/game. Also change your home location/radius to cover the whole of Europe as they are your closest servers.

Could you ping that triangle please and rate it 100% then click apply, does that allow you to play with an opponent in EU?
