Need help with the hybrid vpn

I can't seem to get my hybrid vpn to work I have Express vpn I'm new to this router and can't get it to work for the life of me any help will be greatly appreciated

Have you downloaded the OpenVPN configuration files from ExpressVPN and then added them to the advanced section of HybridVPN?
