No icons showing up

Hello, I just got my XR500 set up last night. However, when using the geo filter and playing multiplayer, icons don’t show up with any settings mentioned as related to spectating or auto ping assist or anything whatsoever. I’ve watched multiple videos on settings but I don’t see anything related to ping counts, server icons, or anything. It’s just the location I chose on the map with a circle for the filter. When I log in to the game the geo filter map shows nothing. Hoping I’m just not doing something right, because this is very frustrating to be honest. Any help is appreciated, and if there is already a topic addressing this exact issue, kindly direct me to it please, thanks.

It's really hard to see this pictures, could you follow the guide here please on how to upload a screenshot and provide them again? http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000022394-how-do-i-take-a-screenshot- Also zoom out completely on the map and see if anything appears. How have you added your device to the Geo-Filter?
