Issue with WiFi (S20, S20U) XR500

Hello 

Happy XR500 user for a while now. 

Interesting issue happened over the past couple of weeks. Upgraded my wife's and my phones to the Galaxy S20 and the Galaxy S20U. Hers came in first, mine a week later - both have the exact same issue.

On our home WiFi network, they do not load images in apps very well - noticeable in Instagram, Facebook, Google. They stall in downloading apps from either the Google Play Store or the Galaxy App Store. 

They work brilliantly on mobile network and on other WiFi networks - only my home WiFi network do they have an issue. Edit: in fact, they will show normal speeds if running a speedtest through fast.com

I hypothesized that maybe the router needs master reset - has had quite a few devices connected to it - but does anyone have any insight before I take that step?

Edit: I had the same issue when connecting a new Xbox One X (via WiFi, in the next room over) a couple of weeks ago. Ended up resetting the router and it didn't really change anything. The Xbox One S that had been there would download in the 200mbs with no issue prior to me buying the new device.

That is quite unusual, are you using Smart Connect for WiFi by any chance? If so disable that and connect devices manually to 2.4/5GHz. If it's disabled already are you connected to 2.4 or 5GHz? Have you changed any options in Advanced WiFi settings?
