Spartanogc
Hello, When I try to access the R1 interface i get a message that says "this site cannot be reached" took too long to response and search google desktop index. I upgraded the firmware a couple of weeks ago and was working fine, then I went on vacation for 4 days and cant access. I have internet coneection to my laptop and PS4 but my Xbox says no internet connection. I did a reset but no luck. Any recommendations?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 2, 2019 Administrators Share Posted December 2, 2019 Did you do the reset by holding down the reset button for 25-30 seconds? Could you open command prompt on the PC and type ipconfig and then press enter please - when you're connected to the router and post the results here? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 2, 2019 Administrators Share Posted December 2, 2019 Okay interesting so it's not acting like a router at all at the moment. Could you unplug the router completely from power please for 24 hours as it can sometimes resolve issues like this.
