BigshadyJPirate
Several months ago I started having this issue which made me shelf my Duma R1. With Modern Warfare, Id like to start using all of Duma OS’s features again. Anytime I click on QoS, Geo filter or device manager I get the attached error and the respective pages will not load properly. I posted this issue on Twitter months ago and was told to post here. I’ve reset to factory settings through the software and with the button on the back of the unit, but this issue persists. Any help would be great. Thanks. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 15, 2019 Administrators Share Posted September 15, 2019 How are you accessing the interface? Is it from a mobile device/tablet? What happens if you access from a laptop/PC?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 15, 2019 Administrators Share Posted September 15, 2019 What browsers are you using? Does it happen on Chrome? Are you accessing via HTTPS or HTTP?
BigshadyJPirate
Chrome will not connect or find the interface using "https://" I have always connected to the site with "http://" . In the past I've had no issues using chrome or safari on my laptop or phone. This is a new issue that I just noticed one day when I logged in to adjust my QOS and Geofilter settings. BigshadyJPirate
Not sure if this helps, but I have attached my log files and have turned on remote access for tech support. log-1568588941785.txt
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 17, 2019 Administrators Share Posted September 17, 2019 Is there any difference if you access using routerlogin.net or the LAN IP? Are you able to do a factory reset through the interface? If not, when you reset using the button did you hold it for 30 seconds? If you didn't then the router would have just rebooted so try resetting again.
