DeafMints Posted August 10, 2019 Posted August 10, 2019 Hi, I've just recently brought the NetDuma and updated it OS - My family is having issues of getting the internet to work on the wired internet line, but works fine wirelessly? Anyone know what could be the causes for this?

That's certainly strange, the wireless devices that are working are definitely connected to the R1 WiFi and not the ISP hub? What wired devices are they trying to connect with? Are they using automatic settings on the devices to detect the connection?
DeafMints Posted August 10, 2019 Author Posted August 10, 2019 The Foxel is using automatic settings, i have other multiple wired devices that are working fine. The foxtel we have in the front room is working with the wired connection. Not sure why its not working in the liviing room.
