Cant access QoS

This is all it does when I try to load it. Ive done all the general things youd suggest. Different browser, factory reset, different device, different browser on said device. Nothing will load it. Havent tried downgrading but not sure how to go about it.

Did you do the factory reset with the button on the back?

Do any elements of the interface appear at all? Or is it just the QoS section that's broken?
