Mr Crowley
I see that my connection to the western Halo server is decent. 44ms for Canada is as good as it gets unfortunately, not a lot of servers, tons of vast distances, not a single Canadian Azure server. How am I supposed to interpret the rest of the info here?
Administrators Netduma Admin Posted February 26, 2019 Administrators Share Posted February 26, 2019 Hi there, If you click the '?' icon in the top right corner of the panel, you can learn what each of the other metrics are for. I'll paste it here so you can read it: Host Tick Rate measures the amount of packets sent per second from the host of your game, usually a server, to you. The higher, the better. Client Tick Rate measures the amount of packets per second you are sending to the host of your game. Send Rate measures the amount of data sent per second from the host of your game, usually a server, to you. Receive Rate measures the amount of data per second you are sending to the host of your game. The higher the tick rate, the better your connection. You can learn more about tick rate here: https://www.nbnco.com.au/blog/entertainment/what-is-tick-rate-and-what-does-it-do Hope that helps.
