Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 15, 2018 Administrators Posted December 15, 2018 Hey, welcome to the forum! Can you include a screenshot of the error message please? Also when does the error message occur, when you first go on the page or when changing a specific option?
joesys Posted December 15, 2018 Posted December 15, 2018 I'm not OP but encounter the same error on dashboard. pressing ok, the top left widget keeps on spinning Edit: Firmware Version V1.0.1.2 Thanks, -Joe
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 15, 2018 Administrators Posted December 15, 2018 I think that's CPU usage. If you got to System Information and unpin everything from there and go back to the dashboard is it fine? If so pin them back and go back to the dashboard, does it work then?
joesys Posted December 16, 2018 Posted December 16, 2018 Unpinning and re-pin back works. Thanks -Joe
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 16, 2018 Administrators Posted December 16, 2018 Great to hear that, thanks for confirming Joe!
Primetivity Posted March 4, 2020 Posted March 4, 2020 so i get the same error and i tried to remove the ;pins from the dashboard but still get this issue, because it does not let me unpin this tile, it only lets me move and resize.

Hey, welcome to the forum! If you go on the different pages of the router are you able to tell which is pinned? The pin icon should be filled in white, you may be able to then unpin it from there.
