My GEO-Filter Problem

It has been about a month that I have been trying to figure out how to make it so my geo-filter actually loads. For what ever reason when I hit the host filtering I never loads and I have tried resetting my router multiple times and nothing. I have also restarted my computer and nothing. Can someone please help with this issue. Thank you
