Hey guys I'm writing to you today in regards of my Netgear Nighthawk router. I'm having an issue with my home positioning of my server. I live in Los Angeles CA. When in the Geo Filter menus of the router it shows that I am located in the UK? It shows one and o ly one server connected (see picture attachment) any way you guys can correct this, or help me correct this?

Do I cloud flush, call my service provider . Factory reset my router.

The server that you see in the UK is a whitelisted server and is perfectly normal. It’s a server that is used for authentication by either your console or game to get you online. Any server you see with a white circle around it is either whitelisted in the Netduma cloud or you have added it to your allow list.
