192.168.88.1 is not working

I connected  The Internet cable to the netDuma R1  Router And nothing I even run a landline from the R1 to the  Laptop and  Type in192.168.88.1 and nothing😢 I don't know what to do please help🙏

Could you try this please:

1. Open the Start Menu on your PC
2. Type in 'cmd'
3. The Command Prompt Application should appear. Click on this to open it
4. In Command prompt, type in ipconfig and press Enter
5. In the results that appear, take a screenshot and upload to this forum thread. We want to see what the 'default gateway' is. It should be 192.168.88.1

Also - are the lights switched on your R1 (as in it's definitely powered on?)

I cannot connect to the interface page; the default gateway is not for my PC is not 192.168.88.1 . What should I do?

Please connect via an Ethernet cable from your PC to the R1. Turn off WiFi on your PC. 

Can you connect now?

If not, did you change the LAN IP of your R1? Have you done anything else to the R1 recently (e.g. upgraded then downgraded etc)
