Nighthawk D7000 PS4 slow upload speed

Hey guys, I recent bought this modem in hopes it would boost my Wi-Fi speeds as the wall socket is too far away for me to connect my ps4 via wired and for some reason my upload speeds on just my ps4 are trash. On every thing else I sit on a steady 30-35mbps upload but on the ps4 it will not go over 4.1mbps. I've tried opening ports, port forwarding and custom dns' and nothing seems to be working. The previous modem gave me a higher upload and it was a trashy one I got from my internet provider. Any suggestions? Thanks x
