Hi Manny,

 

That's an unusual message. The solution is to do a factory reset like so: http://kb.netgear.com/000053098/How-do-I-perform-a-factory-reset-on-my-XR500-Nighthawk-gaming-router

 

Were you a beta tester? If not do you remember what you did before the issue occurred?
