I just purchased my Netduma R1 router, and in my confirmation email that it has been dispatched, there is no tracking ID. All it says it "Hi there. Your Netduma R1 on Netduma.com has been dispatched. Your tracking id is

 

Your tracking ID should appear on the Deliverers site within the next 2-4 hours."

Would like some help in getting my tracking ID. Thank you.
