Netduma R1 no power, crapped out after 1 year

I purchased my R1 in February of 2016 and a few months ago it was offline and I realized it was not getting power thru the supplied power plug. I tried several outlets and even tried unplugging for a day to see if this would fix the problem without success. It was being used through a grounded power/surge protector and all devices plugged in with it are working without issue.

Is this a common problem with this? Is it still covered under warrantee? I paid too much for this to stop working so quickly.

Mine has power going in but nothing coming out no internet no Ethernet connection and the reset button doesn't work that's after 6 months so I know how you feel

Have you tried a different power adapter to see if it is the router or the adapter?

Thanks for the reply. I forgot to mention that I did try a different power adapter to see if it was just the plug; still no power.
