Netduma stopped working

Netduma stopped working I have power in no power out can't access the internet can't access the interface can't reset the Duma the reset button doesn't work the bit of support I got was to do the PPPoE on the netduma but it won't access the interface it worked fine for 6 months I think I have a fault somewhere in the Duma hub

Nah didn't work can't access the interface at all it says can't establish a connection and I've plugged the PC into port 2 and nothing else is connected

 

I have also noticed that all the lights on the front of the netduma are off but sometimes they will all come on even when nothing is connected to the ports the lights are on

Connection specific DNS Blank

Link local IPv6 address 23 digit number

Auto configuration IPv4. 12 digit number

Subnet mask. 8 digit number

Default gateway. Blank

 

And no wifi but the wifi light is on on the netduma

And still no netduma interface and all the lights are on again apart from PoE port but nothing is connected to the netduma

What happens when you try to factory reset using the button at the back of the router while it's plugged into power? You should hold it for 5 seconds at least - when I've seen that IP the reset button fixes it.

Unfortunately nothing it will not reset it's like the button isn't working I tried holding it for 5 seconds I tried holding it for 10 seconds it won't do anything

A YouTuber by the name of Eliteshot(Believe you sponsor him) did a give away and I won he sent it to me on the 1st of April 2017 so I got it 1 or 2 weeks after that I don't know if he bought it new but it did come in a sealed box so think he did
