Could you go to Settings >> UPnP and make sure that the enabled box is ticked - if it isn't tick it and click apply. Can you also go to Settings >> Miscellaneous and make sure UPnP forwarding is ticked. Finally can you restart the console and make sure that when you do so you have the GeoFilter disabled.
