Brand new Netduma User here, need help im strugling..

Hi everybody, im new here

 

First of sorry for my english, its not my main lang.

 

I bought R1 in about one week ago, proud of it after alot tests by streamers!

 

I had no problems on how install Netduma by the Guide inside the Box,

the problem came later, my PS4 is not recognizing NAT types??

 

To be honest its 3h i am looking around for how to set up this right,

i dont know what i have to set up on pppoe or port forwarding, wan or whatever (sorry for my stupidity.. its not easy to underatand the whole thing) i have just set up my Connect Box to bridge modus (modem modus) and after it i restarted Connectbox with Netduma plugged into it, i was able to check the (beautiful) interface from Netduma, what am i missing for an Open NAT?

 

Is there any help through teamviewer maybe?
