Comcast/Xfinity IP: We pay for 200/25 internet speed, but average 200-250[Daytime] 125-150[Evenings]

I do recommend 70/70 anti-flood, don't worry about bufferbloat because it won't be an issue at 70/70 - only occurs when your connection is saturated. At 94% it's quite possible that you could get saturated.

 

Reset prio, you are getting the lowest possible ping considering your base ping but could you also show me the misc page please. Also what your port forwarding/upnp setup?
