PuMpKiNh3aD
something very weird and random has just recently started occuring and i cant figure out how to fix it.i havent changed anything to cause it...the ONLY devices i have on my connection are 2 xbox ones and they are always both on open nat since i have the duma in my att routers dmz...the last week in my xbox settings the NAT will just say getting info for about 20 seconds and then say unavailable.it still lets me play BUT what it does is causes a freeze/stutter that lasts a split second WHILE im in games playing.its very annoying and it will do it over and over in each game.ive NEVER had this issue before.i even factory reset the duma and redid all the settings and i THOUGHT i had it resolved but what i realized is it messes the nats up while on the halo 5 profile on the duma.so i switched to general gaming profile on the duma and it fixed 1 xbox.it put mine to open and the stutter/freeze in game was completely gone(smooth as butter) but it still had messed up nat and the in game stutter on the other xbox one.when i unplug from the duma and go straight into my att modem the nat is fine
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 1, 2017 Administrators Share Posted April 1, 2017 Hey, welcome to the forum! I'm not sure how changing the profile would mess with your NAT. Disable the Geo-filter then check the NAT Type, does it give you a reading then?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 2, 2017 Administrators Share Posted April 2, 2017 That sounds like a misreading caused by the Geo-filter. If you notice anything being blocked when this happens please post the ID here. Just enable it when you're on game and it will be fine.
