Cant access the control panel.

OK so i hooked up the router exactly like the insert. My internet works fine and all my devices have access to the internet wired and wireless.

The insert said to type http://192.168.88.1and hit enter.  I get the "This site cant be reached" message.

So i follow all the trouble shooting and try all the suggestions. I ran ipconfig and my info is totally different than what it is supposed to be.

I just dusted off my Netduma, everything is preset and all my electronics that was connected to the Netduma previously connected back no problem. Thing is that it won't let me access the control panel and I get the same message as jms5340. Even when I'm hard wired. Any advice on how to solve please?
