So is there are there actual dedicated servers in Washington state for black ops 3 or is this an error in the geo filter? I ask because I live in Washington and I always connect to way southern California. I just need to know if that one is active or not so I can stop trying to connect to it.

Easiest way to tell is have strict mode on, ping assist 0. Radius covering Washington and see if you get a game within your radius.
