Discman
I Had 2 Ps4's with no ping issues, I replaced one PS4 with a PS4 Pro and when both are going now my ping jumps and spikes from normal to 800-1500 but when only one PS4 is on Ping is good from 25-30. Not to mention originally i got both PS4's to get open Nat types and now since the one got upgraded to the PS4 Pro i can only get one now with an open Nat type. And when the lag is happening it super lags the R1's router menus and options/settings for it but nothing else , if i surf the web its fine just the setting controls and all that for R1 gets crazy lag Please help. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 6, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 6, 2017 It sounds as though your upload speed is not high enough to support two consoles at the same time or that you are throttling too much or not at all. What are your internet speeds and what is your congestion control settings? How is everything physically setup? modem > netduma > all devices for example. If you provide us with the screenshots from this guide that will enable us to help you better: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022425-lag-support-instructions-to-post-on-the-forum-
Discman
My Upload is between 20-25 and download is 125, i had my throttles put to 100 but when gaming usually to 70%'s , with congestion ill set each PS4 to 50%.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 8, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 8, 2017 Please post in the 1 on 1 section, I think it will be easier to diagnose that way. Let me know dates/times you're available next week.
Discman
I might have cured the issue.... Even though I'm still getting a moderate NAT Type on one of them, the PS4 displays NAT type 2, i got the super lag spikes gone for now, I factory reset and put everything back and the lag issue seems to be gone for now. Thanks for the help !!! Keep up the good work Over there !!!! Ill repost if it comes back!!!
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 10, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 10, 2017 That is fantastic to hear! Definitely a weird issue, hopefully it doesn't return. Both consoles should say NAT Type 2 in their network settings.
