Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 4, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 4, 2017 Ok thanks for ur help I don't think I'll do the port forwarding I just don't understand it .. That's fine UPnP will open the ports you need. Also .. on the vpn connection settingspeed it says provider : hide my ass .. just wondering what it ment You do not need to know anything about the VPN feature, if you don't know what it is then chances are you do not need it - it will not help to eliminate lag. I followed the steps the ping issue is still the same.. is it important.. I really don't have time for all this .. will it still work without it ? The ping is not required for the Geo-filter to get you local games. Sorry for all the posts .. I've got the ping to work .. I had to disable the firewall on my bt hub .. is it OK to leave like that ? As long as the Netduma is in the DMZ of the BT Hub which I think you said it was then that is fine. Would recommend disabling the WiFi on the BT Hub so you can ensure all devices stay connected to the Netduma & don't automatically connect to the BT Hub. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 5, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 5, 2017 Great to hear that! Yes you would just access the BT Hub settings/interface go to WiFi and you should be able to disable it there.
