blueice44
I have used netduma for 6 months now and I recently having more problems with it each day. My first problem is the WAN IP its different than my main router ip address for example its saying 79.75.75.12 and before it said 192.168.2.xx and I don't know how to change it revert it back I tried to do hard reset and did not work. So I put all the Ethernet cords back into my main modem/router and it works with out the netduma. Please Help on that. My second thing is that I am getting a moderate Nat type and I tried all the settings in the guide that you guys have suggested and nothing worked and I made sure that the ip address matches the port. And I also tried port forward still does not Open the Nat. Please help me otherwise for the time being I am just going to my ip Modem instead untill the next update if that fixes the problem please help because I really like Netduma thanks. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 2, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 2, 2017 The WAN IP changing is not an issue. It indicates you are connected to a modem. Sounds like you put your ISP hub into modem mode. This is actually the optimum configuration so don't worry about that. If you do have it in modem mode then you should be using UPnP OR port forwarding on the duma not both. Disable UPnP forwarding in miscellaneous settings. Then check the console network settings, does it say open or NAT Type 2? If so that is open.
