GEO map is blank..

Not sure why my map is blank, but ever since I updated to 1.03.4 things have been really bad in terms of game play.  Very very laggy, seems to never use GEO filter when enabled, etc. Could be coincidence that my connection is garbage, but when I bypass the R1 all is good.

 

Also, Internet Diagnostics shows:

Ping Jitter Spikes Packet Loss Good Exceptional Exceptional No Loss

Any ideas? I've rebooted using the button and pulling power. Cycled modem several times and tried multiple browsers IE, FF, CH 

 

EDIT:  will disable TCP/UDP and use the normal XBOX live PA to see if that helps

Not much better.. map still not showing much and seems to connect to everything, whether inside our outside of the filter

Using the UDP/TCP will not do anything for host filtering on your Xbox. You need to use the Xbox live PA settings. Make sure you are on the latest version. If your lagging, please provide the information from here so that we can help you

 

For the circles appearing outside your GeoFilter, can you do everything recommended here

 

The reason nothing is appearing on the GeoFilter is because you have set the GeoFilter on  TCP/UDP port 80 which means that is the port it is filtering. Xbox isn't using that port so you won't see anything on the GeoFilter.
